Dr. Matthew Jurcak, a native of Olmsted Falls, OH, completed his undergraduate studies and earned his doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University in 2015. Upon graduation from dental school, he proudly served as a U.S. Navy Active Duty Dentist for five years. Throughout his naval career, Dr. Jurcak worked in 10 different dental clinics, often hand-in-hand with the Navy’s top specialists, gaining invaluable clinical experience.

Dr. Jurcak enjoys creating healthy smiles through careful examination, customized treatment, and effective home maintenance for each patient. When it comes to oral health, he prioritizes disease prevention and patient education. He is a member of the American Dental Association, teaches hundreds of children about oral health each year during Children’s Dental Health Month, and has embarked on two international dental mission trips to support global public health initiatives.

When not in the office, Dr. Jurcak is likely cooking at home with his lovely wife, hosting family game nights, or seeking out the best food in Northeast Ohio while planning his next backpacking trip or beach vacation.

Trisha has been a dental assistant for five years, with experience in all fields of dentistry. She became a part of Dr. Rositano's team in July 2017. Trisha became a dental assistant because she enjoys helping instill confidence in people, by helping improve their smiles and oral health. Trisha also has a husband of six years Brian, and their six year old son, Nicholas. In her free time she loves to indulge in interior decorating and also spending time with her family.

Description

Daisy graduated from Cuyahoga Community College with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene and has over 17 years of experience. She and her husband, John, have been life long residents of Lorain, Ohio. Daisy has three children; Priscilla, Gigi, Roman and one grandson Blake. She feels blessed to have the opportunity to help patients improve their oral health while developing lifelong relationships. She is a proud member of Dr. Rositano's dental team.

Ashley began her career as a dental assistant for eight years. Realizing her passion in helping others through the dental profession, she furthered her education and became a dental hygienist. The most important aspect of her job is educating patients, not only on dental care, but maintaining overall optimal health. Dr.Rositano's office has been her home since 2014, and she enjoys coming to work every day! When she is not in the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, family, and her German Sheppard, Jazzy. She also loves to travel and celebrate Cleveland sports.
